Yogurt Bottle Filling and Capping Machine

1. Air rinsing machine:

The height and spacing of filling nozzles, as well as the positioning of bottle-stop cylinders, can be conveniently modified on the HMI to accommodate various bottle types. Equipped with electrode-type liquid level sensors to monitor the liquid level inside the balance tank and diaphragm valves for fluid supply regulation, the machine achieves consistent and precise volumetric metering at all times.

3. Aluminum foil stamping sealing machine: It depends before capping, needs

to seal a foil or pet lid. Attention: This part uses the roll material for sealing.

4. Magnetic rotary capping machine: Standard Configuration, The capping Speed is faster than filling speed, they are optimally matched.
